Ultralight crashes in Wisconsin.
An ultralight crashed while flying low to the ground in the township of Delmar (near the town of Stanley in Chippewa County), Wisconsin yesterday (June 3, 2009) at 8:20 PM. The pilot was killed in the accident.
Witnesses stated that John Junker was flying his ultralight very close to the ground right before the crash. He even waived at the witnesses who knew the pilot. Soon after waiving, witnesses say the plane took a nose dive into the ground, rolled, and came to rest on the side of a garage. When the same witnesses arrived at the scene, they flipped the plane over, and administered CPR, but to no avail. The garage, owned by Wade Luedtke (one of the witnesses) received minor damage.

Approximate location of accident site.
